HB 43-NEW DRUGS FOR THE TERMINALLY ILL 2:28:19 PM CHAIR COGHILL announced the consideration of HB 43 and stated his intention to move the bill to the Rules Committee if there was no objection. Representative Grenn brought the bill forward and previous legislatures have considered this issue. He found no questions or comments. 2:29:25 PM SENATOR COSTELLO moved to report the CS for HB 43, version J, from committee with individual recommendations and attached fiscal note(s). 2:29:44 PM CHAIR COGHILL announced that without objection CSHB 43(JUD) was reported from the Senate Judiciary Standing Committee.
